how this free challenge works
below you’ll see an area to sign up for the challenge. You’ll get an entire week of whatever team/program you choose. program overview on next page.
We will send you a link to our training app. We will also send an email with your access codes to unlock a free week of whatever program you choose.
the program is designed to start on a Monday. As soon as you unlock access to the program, you’ll be asked to place on calendar. Choose following Monday.
the challenge is to complete the entire week without quitting. No excuses , do what you have to do and get it done. complete the warm up, workout and mobility.
can anyone do this challenge?
Yes, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been in for years or training for the CPAT. Everyone is welcome to complete the challenge.
What fitness level do i need to be in?
It doesn’t matter. We have three programs for a reason. All that matters is that you’re making progress. Commitment + Consistency = Results
It doesn’t matter where you are now, all that matters is where you believe you’re going.
