Stamina/cardio – complete 5 sets (each time through the list is one set)
400m run
30 butterfly sit ups
10 standing dumbbell presses or push press (make it tough)
rest 6 min
complete 6 sets as fast as possible
10 power cleans – guys use 95lbs girls use 45lbs
5 pull ups
- this will be rough on your grip so push yourself and keep rest to a minimum
