4x50m sprints (max effort)
- Tabata is 20 sec of work with 10 sec of rest for 8 cycles (4 min)
- The link is a 3 cycle tabata link already set up for you (including the 1 min rest)
- be sure to warm up again before the sprints
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces)
- sprint to the cone (max effort) then slowly walk back
- as soon as you get back start your 2nd sprint and repeat cycle 4x
