60 push ups
60 box jumps or box step ups
30 power cleans 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
30 back squats 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
30 shoulder to over head 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
- modify weight if needed
- maintain proper form for everything
- split up reps as you like
- use a bench or back of engine if you do not have a box
- must start back squats from the ground
- do either shoulder press, push press or jerk for shoulder to over head
