rest 3 min then complete as many sets as possible in 7 min

15 body squats
5 push ups
- place a cone @50m and use for run – run to it and back for 100m
- 50m is about 65 walking paces
- modify weight for deadlifts if needed
- split up reps but someone is constantly moving
