In teams of 2: complete as many sets as possible in 20 min (each time through this list is one set)
400m run
50 hanging knee raises
40 dumbbell thrusters
30 power cleans
20 burpees
- Each team member will run 400m at same time
- but.. work one at a time for everything else
- for thrusters, guys use 45lbs/girls use 25lbs
- power cleans guys use 115lbs and girls use 65lbs
- break up reps however you like but someone will always be working
