In teams of 2, complete 5 sets
10 syncronized front squats – 135lbs guys/95lbs girls
10 syncronized burpee jumping over bar (both bars)
400m run
- both FF’s will squat at the same time
- both FF’s will perform a burpee then jump through both bars at the same time
- both FF’s will run a 400m run together
- if you do not have enough barbells, perform 10 dumbbell front squats
- place a cone @50m for the run (50m = 65 walking paces)
