30-60lbs for guys, 10-30lbs for girls
between each set, run a 200m sprint (set up cone 1/2 way – 100m = 130 walking paces
*example:
FF – 1, 10 DB squat clean thrusters
200m sprint
FF – 2, 10 DB thrusters when FF – 1 finishes run
200m sprint
FF – 1, 9 squat clean thrusters
200m sprint…
