In teams of 2 complete as many sets as possible in 20 min
FF1 will run a 400m
FF2 will do as many sets as possible of 3 pull ups, 6 push ups and 9 body squats until FF1 gets back
- when FF1 gets back, switch roles and repeat pattern until the 20 min is up
- when you get back from the run, be sure to pick up where you left off
- for 400m run place a cone at 50m (65 walking paces) and run to it and back 4x
