Each FF complete the list as fast as possible:
50 dumbbell swings 40-50lbs guys/20-30lbs girls
400m run
25 hand release push ups
400m run
50 box jumps/box step ups
400m run
25 hand release push ups
400m run
50 dumbbell swings
- place a cone @50m and run to it and back 4x for the 400m run
- hand release push ups is going all the way down and lift your hands off the ground 1 inch
- if you do not have a box for box jumps, use bench or back of engine
