In teams of 2, complete:
10 alternating dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jumps
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jumps
40 dumbbell sbatches
15 burpee box jumps
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jumps
- split up reps however you like but only 1 firefighter works at a time
- example – FF1 does 5 snatches, FF2 does 5 snatches, FF1 does 7 burpee box jumps, FF2 does 8 burpee box jumps
- use 50lb dumbbell guys/35lbs girls
- a burpee box jump is one burpee right into a box jump, or bench if you do not have a box
- this is an awesome workout for firemen so warm up your lower back and get to work
