In teams of 2, complete the following:
100 butterfly sit ups
50 pull ups
2000m run (alternate 200m – each will run 5x
50 pull ups
100 butterfly sit ups
- be sure to come up with a game plan
- alternate until you’ve reached the required reps
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) and run to and back 2x for 200m run
- you may do jumping pull ups only after you have done as many true pull ups as possible
