Strength/stamina – 5 sets of max dumbbell bench press and pull ups with 3 min rest between each set
- do as many dumbbell bench press as possible right into as many pull ups as possible without letting go of the bar
- rest 3 min then go again
- repeat 5x
- push yourself, you get a lot of rest
- use 35% of body weight for dumbbell press – 200lb male will use 70lb dumbbells

Core – complete 4 sets
