Strength – seek a 3 rep max deadlift
- warm up well
- use only an overhand grip, no straps
- focus on form
- this should be a little lighter but I want you to work on your grip

4×8 (each side)
rest 3 min
dumbbell pull over
4×8
rest 4 min
Stamina – Death By Manmakers:
- guys 45lbs and girls 25lbs
- on min 1 complete 1 manmaker then rest until min 2
- on min 2 complete 2 manmakers and on min 3 complete 3 manmakers
- repeat pattern until yo cannot get the number in that set
- for example, on min 14, you only complete 12 reps, you are finished
- this will be hard so push yourself
