This challenge comes with a 5 day fitness routine (+1 full body mobility session) on our training app. You have the option to choose either our HERO Elite (intermediate) program or our HERO Ignite (beginner/weight-loss) program. All fitness levels welcome. Training app comes with video tutorials and coaches notes. 

This challenge will guide you through movements to help you with mobility and flexibility to help you prepare and recover quicker to increase performance and decrease pain. This often neglected element of overall fitness opens the doors to a new level of fitness. Our goal here isn’t just short term success, we focus on a long-term better quality of life.
