I put together this short, simple and effective program for those who want or need to improve cardiovascular health and endurance.
You will test your 1 mile and 5k before getting started so you can re-test at the end of the 6-week program. The program is designed for running but you can use a rower or bike depending on equipment and environment.
Perfect for those who want to “get” or “stay” in shape for not only on-scene performance but for life in general.

COMBine with other programs
There are only 2 workouts per week making it easy to add to any existing program you’re currently in. If you are an FD ATHLETE, the program will show up in your calendar along with your other scheduled training.
Once you’ve signed up for the 6-week program, you’ll get access to our training app. Within the app you can ask me questions as well as keep track of previous workouts completed. The program and app are 100% FREE.
You’ll have forever access to this program within the app and can complete as many times as you like throughout the year. You can add the program to your calendar whenever you like, however many times you like.
