We understand that not everyone has access to equipment. However, everyone has access to a hard floor to do push-ups and run. This 4-week PDF has 16 of our greatest bodyweight and cardio workouts from our FD Athlete Membership. There are 4 workouts per week so you can split it up as needed depending on your schedule.
Our bodyweight workouts are created with “full body” in mind. You will start with a test and end with the same test to measure resuts.
Each week will have two professionally designed cardio workouts. Each workout has a rowing or biking alternative for ENVIRONMENTAL concerns.
