60 deadlifts 135lbs guys/95lbs girls

60 push ups

60 box jumps or box step ups

30 power cleans 135lbs guys/95lbs girls

30 back squats 135lbs guys/95lbs girls

30 shoulder to over head 135lbs guys/95lbs girls

  • modify weight if needed
  • maintain proper form for everything
  • split up reps as you like
  • use a bench or back of engine if you do not have a box
  • must start back squats from the ground
  • do either shoulder press, push press or jerk for shoulder to over head
  • if you have a team of 3, increase the reps by 30 for the 60 and 15 for the 30
