We will complete 15 different workouts in the next 21-days utilizing all energy systems helping you to build lean muscle, become stronger and increase endurance. All exercises come with a video tutorial.
21-day performance meal plan done-for-you based on shift schedules. We even include one cheat day per week

I can’t even begin to stress how important this has been in my life. Just by tweaking a few things, the same things you’ll learn in this challenge, has helped me drop over 50lbs in the last year. This is a good start and I recommend it to anyone who want’s to better themselves.
This style of workouts along with the mobility has really helped me improve. I am now stronger and my joints don’t hurt as much as they used to. If you’re looking for a change in a positive direction for being a more fit firefighter and in general, I would do this challenge.
