FDX//OCT
Now the end of September was supposed to see our Phase 3 Re-tests of Icarus, Cindy, Trident, and Purple Cobra BUT I hatched a beautiful scheme. How could I make October as spooky as possible? Well testing two Benchmark workouts a week seems pretty damn spooky to me! So I decided to call the audible and pull those workouts into October and as I just mentioned, athletes can expect to see and retest 2 Benchmark workouts per week! We will first focus on the Phase 3 Benchmarks and then we will see how the year’s worth of training has paid off when we retest Inferno, Painkiller, Roller Coaster, and the ever loved: Fight Gone Bad in the second two weeks. This is going to add some extra excitement to the month that will kick off our fourth and final phase of 2021! I also plan on including both Hang Power Snatches AND some form of the Clean in with each week. Complex, skill work, heavy days are all up for grabs because who doesn’t like a good barbell complex?! Finally, athletes will see at least one day of bodybuilding to start packing on that #winterbulk (or #summerbulk depending on your hemisphere) so they can emerge from their winter cocoons as beautiful jacked butterflies. October is going to fly by and be packed with fun so let’s get a round of PSL’s on me and dive head first into the spookiest month of the year!

- Week 1 of 5 (10/4-10/10) – 4×7 w/ (21X1) Tempo
- Week 2 of 5 (10/11-10/17) – 4×5 w/ (21X1) Tempo
- Week 3 of 5 (10/18-10/24) – 4×3 w/ (21X1) Tempo
- Week 4 of 5 (10/25-10/31) – Deload
- Week 5 of 5 (11/1-11/7) – 3-Rep Heavy Test
FD ignite//OCT
FD IGNITE IS OUR SPECIAL SPIN ON FAST-PACED INTERVAL TRAINING. WORKOUTS FOR FD IGNITE INVOLVE VERY LITTLE EQUIPMENT AND CAN BE PERFORMED ALMOST ANYWHERE—AT THE GYM, STATION,AT HOME, OR ON THE ROAD. EVERY WORKOUT INVOLVES THREE OR FOUR DIFFERENT STATION ROTATIONS. ATHLETES WORK THROUGH EACH STATION FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THEN MOVE TO A NEW STATION. WORKOUTS WILL ALWAYS CHALLENGE ATHLETES TO PUSH THEMSELVES THROUGH THE BURN! FD IGNITE IS PERFECT FOR ATHLETES LOOKING FOR HIGH-ENERGY INTERVAL TRAINING, WANT TO FOCUS ONLY ON CONDITIONING, OR NEED A QUICK WORKOUT THAT THEY CAN DO ANYWHERE!
AS WE ROLL INTO OCTOBER, WE WILL TURN UP THE HEAT AND FOCUS PRIMARILY ON CONDITIONING. PERFECT FOR ATHLETES TRAINING FOR THE CPAT, STARTING OR LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUT THAT INVOLVES VERY LITTLE CNS STRESS. LONG STORY SHORT, MORE WEIGHT-LOSS AND SPEED.
