based on your answers, we suggest you start with the jump start plan. Here is how it works:
Month 1 - hero ignite
We suggest you start at a slow pace with HERO Ignite to solidify your base before we jump right in to Elite. During your first month of Ignite, we will work on weight-loss, mobility, pain management and building your endurance.
month 2 - HERo elite (scaled)
The next month you can jump into the HERO Elite team but perform the movements scaled. I will post scaled down versions of each workout so you can work up to Elite fitness at a slow and safe pace.
month 3+ hero elite
After we have solidified your base, this is where the fun begins and you start to reach towards the goal of elite level fitness. Month 3 and on will be a fun and challenging life transformation.
