Step 1
Check your email
Check your email that was used when signing up for the membership. Also be sure to check spam or promotions tab just in case it showed up there. There you’ll find your information to get everyone started. Simply copy and paste the email and send out to your organization. Also be sure to star the email in case you need it in the future as well as add us to your email contact list.
Step 2
Gather email addresses
In order for everything to run smooth on both our ends, we request that you send us a spreadsheet of each individuals information participating in the HERO Athlete Membership Program. This can be delivered via word, excel or google spreadsheet document. This will allow the software to recognize their profile so they can get instant access without any issues.

Step 3
Monitor and track results
In order for us to deliver the best product/program possible for firefighter health and wellness we ask that you give us feedback. This can be a weight in at the beginning and at the end of the first month. This will give us information on what we need to improve on as well as additional steps we need to take to reach the needs of all individuals wanting to improve.
