Strength – weighted pull ups 6×1-2
- Make it tough, put dumbbell between feet if you do not have a belt
Stamina – Each FF complete the list as fast as possible
50 jumping jacks
40 butterfly situps
30 pull ups – do as many as possible then finish with jumping pull ups
20 box step ups/step downs (if no box, use bench or back of engine)
10 air squats
20 box steps ups
30 burpees
40 Mt. Climbers
50 jumping jacks
