- do one set on every min
- warm up well and be sure to warm up to first set

complete as many sets as possible in 10 min (each time through the list is one set)
5 hang clean and press – guys use 135lbs and girls use 95lbs
10 hanging knee raises
15 body squats
- do not sprint but keep a moderate/steady pace for entire workout
