on 5:00-10:00 run 800m then do as many sit ups as possible
on 10:00 – 15:00 run 800m then do as many burpees as possible
on 15:00 – 20:00 run 800m then do as many body squats as possible
- there is no rest in this workout
- be sure to move the entire time
- place a cone @50m (65 walking paces) then run to it and back 8x for 800m run
