- warm up well

Stamina – complete 4 sets as fast as possible
10 dumbbell snatches (5 each side)
10 hand release push ups
10 jump squats
- choose moderate weight for dumbbell snatches
- hand release – as your chest is one the ground, lift your hands off the ground 1 inch then perform a push up
rest 4 min
Core – Hold an accumulated 3 min plank
rest 1 min
side planks – 3x30sec each side
