1 mile run
then 4 sets as fast as possible (each time through the list is one set)
10 pull ups
15 dumbbell snatches (each arm) try to do all 15 on one arm before switching
20 push ups
25 butterfly sit ups
then 1 mile run again
- chose a dumbbell ranging from 25-55lbs
- try your best to do each exercise without stopping
