Salmon Fish Tacos with Avocado Slaw
This simple recipe was originally designed for Olympic athletes. It includes all the important nutrients you need to keep moving or recover from a strenuous Firefighter Furnace workout.
1. Corn tortillas (for more fiber)
2. Salmon fillets (excellent source of protein)
3. Cabbage Slaw (also higher in fiber)
4. Avocado (in place of mayonnaise for the slaw)
5. Lime (to add extra flavor)
You can also add whatever you like, such as peppers and onions.
