This is one of many Firefighter Fitness Challenges we will put together. Some fire departments are blessed with towers, heavy dummies, extra hose and much more but we know most are limited. Our firefighter workout challenges will be designed using minimal equipment but still very effective.

Pair of 85lb Dumbbells
Pair of 45lb Dumbbells
Cone/marker set up 30 paces away from the starting point.
Full Bunker Gear/PPE
10 Squat jumps
Farmers carry 85lb dumbbells 30 paces
Go back to starting point and grab one 45lb dumbbell and walk to cone with weight locked out over head
Go back to starting point and repeat with opposite side
Perform 5 modified manmakers (push up, clean and press)
Now repeat the steps in reverse order to complete the challenge.
