We are about to start our newest 12 week cycle on April 6th. After you complete these tests in week one we will give you a series to workouts for the next 10 weeks to be able to improve your scores on June 22nd. Our goal is to give you a program that is both fun to do and will help improve your performance in strength, stamina and endurance. Below are the four tests we created for this 12 week cycle:

This workout is meant to test your strength by giving you a task to complete within a nine minute time cap. It is up to you to warm up well and set up all your weight to be able to get three solid numbers before the time is up. We will use the combination of your three lifts as your score for this test. 

This workout was created to remember and honor one of the best basketball players ever, Kobe Bryant. This is a tough but fun race meant to help you reach a point of pure exhaustion. How much further you go after that all depends on your mental and physical threshold. 

This is one of our original workouts created to challenge you and help you find your moderate pace. If you go right out of the gate on this, your score will suffer. If you choose to start at a moderate pace you can maintain, your score will show. Remember, smooth is fast on this one. 

This one was created to test your endurance. With a buy in and cash out, we prescribed some interesting ways to do normal exercises to challenge your ability to adapt. Will you go slower on the run to recover or slower on the exercises to be able to push yourself on the run?
