7 body squats
3 clean and presses
2 pull ups
- choose a barbell between 95-135lb for the cleans or 30-60lb dumbbells if you do not have enough barbells
- FF1 does 7 body squats
- FF2 does clean and presses
- FF1 does 2 pull ups
- FF2 does 7 body squats
- repeat pattern for as many times as possible in 12 min
rest 4 min
hold a plank for an accumulated 4 min
