In teams of 2, complete the following as many times as possible in 16 min
200m run
20 dumbbell swings or kettle bell swings 50lbs guys/30lbs girls
10 pull ups or jumping pull ups
- one FF working at a time
- FF1 will do the list above as fast as possible as FF2 rests
- FF2 will go as FF1 rests
- complete pattern for 16 min
- set up a cone @ 50m for the run (65 walking paces)
- run down and back 2x
