As a crew, do as many pull ups you can do in 5 min
rest 3 min
Each FF perform 5 sets
10 push ups
15 sit ups
20 body squats
rest 4 min
2 min burpee sprint
- rotate and do as many pull ups in 5 min as possible
- do the second workout as quick as possible
- the 2 min burpee sprint should be max effort
