In teams of 2 – every min, on the min, for 20 min perform the following:
FF-1, 20 sit ups
FF-2, 5 squat jumps (perform a squat then jump as high as you can)
* at 0:00, FF1 completes 20 sit ups and FF2 completes 5 jump squats, then @1:00 switch and repeat pattern for 20 min
