Set up a cone @50m (65 walking paces)
Perform the list 3x (after your 1 min rest, start set 2…)
300m sprint, walk/rest 3 min (down to the cone and back 3x)
200m sprint, walk/rest 2 min
100m sprint, walk/rest 1 min
rest 5 min
complete as many sets as possible in 10 min (each time through the list is one set)
5 pull ups
10 push ups
20 sit ups
