This is one of my favorite workouts because it is so effective. Make sure you give it everything you have.
Individual
3x400m sprint (rest 3 minutes between each set) 400m =.25 on treadmill or 1 lap around a track.
Goal – be within 10 sec of last attempt.
4 Man Crew
Each FF complete 3x400m sprints (when one finishes, the next one goes) 400m =.25 on treadmill or 1 lap around a track.
Goal – be within 10 sec of last attempt.
