Strength – deadlift
5×4
- go heavy but not heavy enough to sacrifice form
- use overhand grip only
- take your time and warm up well
rest 4 min
spend 10 min to work up to a heavy Curtis P DEMO
rest 4 min
Stamina – then for time:
50 Curtis P’s #95 (guys)/#45 (girls) – (focus on form and break up how ever you like)
rest 5 min then perform a full body stretch DEMO
- this will be easy but remember why you started when the intensity starts to kick in
