Strength – Seek a new 3 rep max deadlift
- spend about 15-20 min and be sure to use proper form

lateral raises
3×15 (eachside)
- light weight, warm up
front raises
3×15 (each side)
- light weight warm up
rest 2 min
standing 1 arm dumbbell press
4×8-12 (each side)
go heavy but keep core tight and body upright
rest 3 min
reverse flyes
3×8
- use light weight dumbbells and an incline bench
rest 4 min
Stamina – 30 clean and presses as fast as possible
- guys use 115lbs and girls use 65lbs
