We are about to start a weight lifting cycle based off of your 1 rep max in Deadlift, Squat, Bench and Power Clean
Strength – Back Squat, Each FF take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy single (or find a new 1-rep max)
-maintain proper form throughout all sets
Rest 4 min then
Stamina – Complete as many sets as possible in 15 minutes (going all the way through the list is one set)
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 – 4 count flutter kicks
20 Butterfly sit ups
