Strength – Seek a 2 rep max back squat then do 5×5 with 75% of that 2 rep max
- Make sure you do it slow and controlled and focus on keeping head up and weight in the heels

- burpee over bar is one burpee then jump over the barbell
- place a cone @50m for the run (65 walking paces)
- run down and back 4x
walk for 4 min then full body stretch for 20-30 min
- Do not skip the stretch and make sure you hit every body part
