Strength – superset bench press and barbell bent over row, set of 10 of each, 9 of each,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
- Use body weight of you can and use the same weight for both movements

Core – Superset butterfly sit up and back extension, set of 20 of each, 18, 16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2
- If you do not have a back extension machine, perform supermans
