400m jog
200m run @70% then
6x200m sprints with 3 min rest between each set
5 min walk
stretch for 10-15 min
- be sure to do a full body warm up before the 400m jog
- run outside on a track or place a cone @100m (130 walking paces)
- run to the cone and back 1x
