Strength – Spend about 10-15 min and find a new back squat 1 rep max

Stamina – Complete the list as fast as possible:
75 pull ups
75 push ups
75 sit ups
75 body squats
- Be sure to use a spotter for all lifts and warm up to each first set/attempt
- you may do jumping pull ups but only after you have tried regular pull ups
- you may do push ups on your knees but only after you have done as many regular push ups as possible
