Stamina – complete 5 sets with 3 min rest between each set
Dumbbell Bench Press (max reps) right into
Pull Ups (max reps)
- each set will be max dumbbell bench press right into max pull ups without letting go of the bar
- you will rest 3 min between each set so push yourself
- use .35 of your body weight for the dumbbell press
- Example, 200lb guy will use 70lb dumbbells
- modify if you absolutely have to
rest 5 min
Cardio/Stamina – 4x400m sprints with 3 min rest between each set
