This is a stamina test we do often. I do it so you can compare your time to last time to see progress. I know it sucks but its the only thing your doing today and tomorrow is a rest day.
Stamina/Strength – complete the list as fast as possible
50 deadlifts – 185lbs guys/135lbs girls
50 shoulder to overhead 95lb guys/45lbs girls
- Modify weight if needed and warm up well
- spent 10-15 min warming up lower back, hamstrings and shoulders
- can do either strict press or push press
- push through!
Rest 5 min
Cardio – 30 min on either elliptical or stationary bike
- slow pace, focus on taking deep breaths
