Strength/Stamina – “death by pull ups”
- with a running clock starting on min 1 – complete 1 pull up
- rest until min 2 then do 2 pull ups…
- repeat pattern until you cannot get the required pull ups in that min
rest 6 min
complete 5 sets as fast as possible (without sacrificing form)
5 deadlifts – 225 guys/135 girls
10 burpees
