Strength – Take 10-15 min to work up to a 2 rep max in deadlift (2 rep max is performing 2 reps without letting go of the bar)

deadlift – 4×2 @ 75% of 2 rep max (focus on form)
rest 4 min
Stamina – complete 4 sets of the following:
25 push ups
25 body squats
25 sit ups
25 supermans
