Cardio/Stamina – complete the following
slow run for 2 min
2x800m run with 3 min between each set
rest 2 min
4x400m run with 2 min between each set
walk for 4 min
- run on a track if possible but a treadmill is fine
- or place a cone @100m (130 walking paces) and use for each run
- walk slowly in the rest periods
- push yourself for each set
- be sure to warm up well and stretch after
