Strength – work up to a heavy power clean + front squat
then do 2 sets @80% of the heaviest complex
- take your time as warm up well
- You will do one power clean then front squat before dropping the weight
rest 4 min
Stamina – complete as many sets as possible in 8 min
8 dumbbell thrusters – guys use 45lbs/girls use 30lbs
4 toes to bar or hanging knee raises
- this will be tough but you have to push yourself
- move at a fast/consistent pace
