Stamina – with a 10 min running clock, perfrom
800m run then as many sets as possible in the remaining time:
5 pull ups
10 alternating dumbbell snatches 60lbs guys/30lbs girls
- at 0:00 run 800m, then do 5 pull ups then 10 dumbbell snatches right into 5 pull ups then 10 snatches right into 5 pull ups…
- repeat pattern until the 10 min is up
- push yourself
rest 5 min
Core – side planks
4×45 sec on each side
